Daily Aspirin Healthy Heart Effects and Unhealthy Side Affects

Using aspirin correctly gives you the best chance of getting the greatest benefits with the fewest unwanted side effects. If you are using aspirin everyday without the guidance of your health care provider, you could be doing your body more harm than good.
Aspirin should not be taken as a substitute for your lacking in healthy lifestyle behaviors. Get fit for life, with aspirin used routinely only if medically directed. Or as a periodic pain reliever.
